The Ability To Love
And what about me? Can I
Love you the way God loves His kids?
Or is that blasphemy? My deeds
Aren't those like those of Jesus Christ -
And it's plain truth, it isn't lie.
But what about me? Can I
Let them hang me or torture me
As if I were a stupid beast,
And let them laugh and crucify -
And all that for the sake of Love,
My blind and blessed, and great true Love?
