Who were the Aztecs,
Did the colonialists subjugate them
And align with?
What about their art, society, culture, life
And traditions,
Their empires and dynasties
And rules,
Religion and beliefs?
But something like I,
Something like I not
When I see the skulls gathered from
The temples
And listen to their stories
Inhumanly.
