The Black Knight(Made Myself) Poem by Yannick Hermans

The Black Knight(Made Myself)

Well, I'm a fearsome fighter,
and this is my myth.

I was trained as a kid,
to be an assassin,
I cawled in the darkness
and slaughtered in the night.

But there was this littile kid
Who reminded me of innocence.
I wanted to repay my sins.
I killed my guild and my masters.

I saved villages and kings
Women and children
I was knighted before I knew
Yet I had a black armour.

I once killed at night,
now I protect at day,
I once took cover in shadows,
Now I fiercely run in
To face my fears.

I am

The Black knight
