The Blur Poem by Marie Jones

The Blur

Walking down to flight of stairs to my new home
My eyes began to explore when I see what's in front of me
my body starts trembling and I inhale the smell of lost innocence
I will never be the the same
My eyes are going blurry
My body is numbing
My soul has escaped but the memories never fade
