The Candle Light Part One Poem by Nicholas Wayde Turner 24

The Candle Light Part One

We woke up looking for something to do.
For a few minutes we watched Winnie the Poo.
But then our curiosity got the best of us.
We wanted to play bus.
The decision was soon made.
We both wanted to get paid.
So we opened up a pretend candle shop.
Along our soda pop.
We gathered every candle in the house.
But we had to be as quite as a mouse.
We hunted high and low for a match.
However, all we could find was a patch.
We finally found a lighter.
And then we saw that the smoke was getting higher.
To sell our candles.
We had to put some fire to a few peddles.
Ever candle in the house was lit.
But we later found out, the two of us dug ourselves a pit.
As soon as the grown-ups awoke.
They all about had a stroke.
