The Choices Poem by mark bowdidge

The Choices

it has been said
the choices make the man
now i have made my fare share of decisions
never once have i been stuck
between
this and that
im afraid to jump
might wishing it back
between
my wants
and all my needs
who shall fill the space
or will it be the one who wins the race
