IN THE Wheel OF Tick Tock, AN Unwonted Fright
When THE Poets Scribbled ON THE Tamper-Proofed Lights
While Swaying Under THE Influence OF Inebriation
THE Verses Sung Were OF Destruction
IN Times OF Wailing, Yolk AND Bleeding
THE Free Verses Became Misleading
I, ME, Romance AND Lust
AND None Wrote About THE Dust
A Truth That Will BE Unfurled Tomorrow
AS THE Generation Will Suckle ON Sorrow
RIP OFF THE Gown OF Fear AND Lift THE PEN
AND Draw With INK Through This Lens
Rise, poets! The hour demands awareness. Listen
