The Darkness Poem by Grace DeVon miller

The Darkness

The darkness comes
it claims what it wants
it takes the souls of those it seeks
forever hearing there screams
i sit here and see
and watch the darkness surely come for me
i wait and watch
ready to be
apart of this
the dark shall come and seek these souls
it shall consume what it seeks
i just watch and see it comes for me

I like your poem a lot. I do disagree that darkness takes who it wants. For every action thee is a equal and opposite re action. if there is evil there is also love. And love can be equally if not far more powerful than any darkness. Thanks! And what do you think?
