In the dark of night when all is still,
I closed my eyes and fell asleep with a thrill,
For in my dream, I met the feared one,
The devil himself, with eyes that shone.
He stood before me in all his might,
But strangely, I felt no fear or fright,
For in that dream, we shared a bond,
A mutual dream, we both respond.
He said to me, 'I have found you worthy,
To enter my haven, a place so earthy,
Where darkness reigns and fire burns,
A place where the soul forever churns.'
I was intrigued, I wanted to know more,
For in that dream, the devil I adored,
He beckoned me to take his hand,
And promised to lead me to his land.
Without hesitation, I followed along,
Through the gates of hell, where demons throng,
But in that moment, I felt no dread,
For in the devil's haven, I felt alive instead.
The flames roared high, the shadows danced,
But I felt no fear, I felt entranced,
For in this place, I felt free,
No judgment, no rules, just pure ecstasy.
The devil showed me all his tricks,
He taught me how to play his games and mix,
He whispered secrets in my ear,
And promised to take away all my fear.
We laughed and danced in the devil's den,
My soul felt light, my heart felt zen,
For in this place, there was no pain,
Just pleasure and freedom, with no constrain.
But then I woke, and reality hit,
For the devil's haven was just a dream, a pure hit,
But in my heart, I knew it was real,
For in that moment, I made a deal.
Though others may fear, and others may judge,
I know the devil isn't so rough,
For in my dream, we shared a bond,
A mutual dream, where I felt so fond.
So if you ever meet the devil in your sleep,
Don't be afraid, don't make a peep,
For in his haven, you'll find solace and peace,
Just take his hand, and let your dream release.
