Internal rage, external happiness
Inside I'm dying but i refuse to show pain
Strength is the key to surviving
Giving up is like agreeing to die
Praying for better days and the internal battle continues
Closing the heart away from all emotions except anger
The plastered smile is as fake as is the love pretence
Still soldiering on never stopping
Eternally fighting, always forgotten
Suffering never truly surrenders
And it goes on forever
