The Fine Print - Poem by mark bennett

you may already be a winner! you may already be a winner! you may already be a WINNER! but, you might want to check the fine print; because the coupon book never ends and the bargain basement is just a bottomless pit. and the sucker born just a minute ago is probably you. what you don't know is... WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME SHORT, YELLOW BUS. can't you tell by the way they're all looking at us? duh...DUH...Du-uh... its ALL special education! duh... what you don't know is... THE GLASS IS FULL, not half empty; and every-body wants a drink. THE GLASS IS FULL, not half full; and some-body is going to drink you dry. somebody else will take you out of the garbage can and recycle your ass... now, your an ashtray for the Marlboro man, and he is going to drag you down to the river in the middle of the night and put you in a steel drum. you're a radio-activated toxically wasted white-trash bag of REALLY good shit.
