The greatest gift - Andrew W. K. Yip
The greatest gift from wonders far and high,
Where soft beams break the azure clouds apart.
From vast expanses where the oceans sigh,
Heavenly rays flow in to warm the heart.
Now happiness descends with mercies sweet,
While shadows in the darkness fade away.
A silent prayer makes everything complete:
"Bone of my bone, " a child is born today.
Heart of my heart, a tapestry of love,
Resplendent in its purity and grace.
The Maker's story speaks from deep above,
An undeserved gift from a heavenly place.
