The hawk against indigo sky
Soaring high,
Those claws, those piercing eyes;
The sparrow chirps, on this twig and that,
Seeking refuge inside the bower.
Manoeuvre! Small one with faith,
Comfortable among the honeyed oxlips,
Unseen by the ghost in the sky!
