The Inevitable Curse - Poem by Kelly Abbey

Why is it
That the moment
You show your feelings
Like a fool
It bites you in the ass
The inevitable curse
It never fails..
Better to keep
Them locked inside
To appear cold
As they proclaim
You to be anyways
This inevitable curse
Chases
Every meaningful relationship
Devouring...
Leaving you to
Be once again
THE INEVITABLE CURSED FOOL
