The Leader Of Horses
The leader of horses against others;
it was as though they were she-ghuls
and swift bringers of destruction,
with attendant jinn riding them
We wither and perish; not so Tia`r -
it will be seen only as it is now,
despite all the accidents of time.
I swear: me tears and lamentation
in sadness for you will not cease
as long as a suppliant women can pray to God.
