The Life Of Two Hands Poem by ANDREW CULJAK

The Life Of Two Hands

Rating: 3.3

Two hands
Tentatively touching,
A supple soft caress.

Awakened,
Impatiently searching
With quickened, heated breath.

Forgiving,
Cautiously reaching
A bridge built of tolerance.

Entwined,
Contentedly sharing
The pulse of the life they've spent.

One hand
Mournfully stroking
The brow of love in death.

No hands.

This is a beautiful story emphasizing the harmony between our hands that is an example of what life should be. Great poem.
