I will wait upon the shores
Through the tempests I will stay
Never giving up on this love
Never going far away

I will stare at the horizon
searching for a glimpse
of your ship of love, my love
the reason that I live

Oh hear my heart beating
See the beckoning lighthouse light
See the candle I am burning
in the window late at night

Oh how your love consumes me
how I long for your embrace
All I have now in my memory
Is the image of your face
