The Love Entropy Poem by Sanjeev Kumar

The Love Entropy

I have been a vagabond on the beauty of Earth,
And, you a permanent star in the Milky Way;
While I danced around the tune of fleeting,
Got strayed and vanished in space-time,
You unhurriedly set the ‘return-o-nomad, '
Magic ringer to your in-and-outgoing tone.

The control weren't you, it wasn't me either;
For it froze me like the ice in a space of cause,
Where it got merged with the time of effect,
Leading to the blackness of unreachable sky,
And, leaving the whiteness of the smiling faces,
Captured in tranquil memories of the ravenous past.

What dexterity could better have been ascribed?
To make the stillness of the body, entwined;
With unwilling mind to go frenzied revolutions,
The thought of losing you forever, since then,
Gripped me like the fiery dream of a black hole,
Enticing me near the horizon eventful, waiting;
To suck the remainders of energy within,
Squeezing to reckon my entropy diminution.
