When you show me your kindness,
I'm the lucky one.
When you lift me when I am down,
I'm the lucky one.
When you make me laugh when I need it the most,
I'm the lucky one.
When you hold my hand,
I'm the lucky one.
When you smile when I walk into the room,
I'm the lucky one.
When your family treats me as one of their own,
I'm the lucky one.
When you are there before I ask,
I'm the lucky one.
When you accept my love and affection,
I'm the lucky one.
When you laugh at something I have said,
I'm the lucky one.
When you I kiss you tenderly,
I'm the lucky one.
When you give me back more than I can give,
I'm the lucky one.
When you invited me into your life,
I'm the lucky one.
When we hug and feel as if we are one,
I'm the lucky one.
When I feel my heart is happy because of you,
