The Manifestation Of The Self (Tajalli-E-Khudi) Poem by Mystic Qalandar

The Manifestation Of The Self (Tajalli-E-Khudi)

In separation's river,
eternal longing's lament falls futile—
this is the Self's silent decree,
striking chains rusted by centuries.

Light your own candle.
Witness solace in namelessness.
Those false tremors,
buried in the carnal soul's veils—
that hidden utterance of the Self,
the whispered station of Modesty—
when it annihilates in Ahmad's Light,
something perishes.
Yet the Self endures:
an eternal manifestation.

Shatter others' names.
In Reality's mirror,
the Self reflects itself—
a chalice for a million Names.
Al-Hayy, Al-Qayyum—
Living, Sustaining,
the singular core of every atom.
Let the Self become
this center's firmament,
not a fragmented mote.

Rumi declares:
to know the Origin is effortless.
Iqbal reveals: erase the Self,
and nothing endures—
the Truth of Truths' direction
is the Self's own mirror.
That Living Essence,
sustaining every atom—
you are its Imam.

The corrupt Self digs endless pits.
The Perfect Self fills the void,
proclaiming:
I exist—
light threading flesh and bone.

Become the frenzied lover.
Dance in the Self's selfless blaze.
Touch the soul's origin.
Seize subsistence
over extinction.
In hope's embrace,
stride with the Self's resolve.

Ask the Compassionate's Breath:
in this ultimate union,
what is your station?
That eternal Breath,
transmuting void into being—
this is the Self's breath,
whose second name is:
the Gate of Servitude
in Divinity's Fortress.
