Promise of blissful togetherness
Without the worries of ‘farness’

Farness! Impossible to understand
Have I any option but to withstand?

Imagination of the moment
Is my occupation till the moment

Rehearsing words for the moment
In solitude, awaiting the moment

Days pass... nearer crawls the moment
Recharged, I squint to pre-glimpse the moment

An eye to eye! Finally! Here is the moment
Lifetime thirst quenched, in a single moment!
