The Mirror Forger Poem by Echo of the forest

The Mirror Forger

After the rain stopped
I gathered the shards left on the streets
and
placed them after my image and likeness
in the puddle from where the Sun
was looking at me.
I lenead down and kissed Him.
Everyone that will look into my mirrors
will resemble me and recognize each other:
The ones kissed by the Sun.
