The Notebook - Poem by Chyna Essence

THE NOTEBOOK
AS I SIT DOWN AND WRITE IN MY NOTEBOOK
I THINK YOU ARE MORE THAN A FRIEND
YOU ARE SOMEONE I WILL LOVE TO THE END
WHEN YOU SAID 'YOUR HOPELESS' MY WHOLE WORLD STOP TURIN
AND ACTUALLY STARTED BURNIN
B/C I WANTED YOU TO KARE EVEN THOUGH I SAID NOT TO
I WANTED YOU TO BE BY MY SIDE TILL THE END
AN STOP THINKIN ABOUT YO OLD GF THAT DIDNT GIVE A SHIT
BUT JUS WANTED TO BRING YOU DOWN N MAKE YOU SHEAD TEARS
RATHER THAN WAT I DID
YOU SAID THAT I DIDNT KARE BOUT ANYTHING BUT CUTTIN
THAT WAS TRUE UNILL MY HEART YOU STARTED TOUCHIN
THAT CUTTIN WAS NOT MY MAIN
UNTILL U STARTED CAUSEN ME PAIN
CALLIN ME NAMES
THEN I FELT SO ASHAME
THEN REALIZED THAT YOU WAS JUS CAUSEN ME PROBLEMS
TO HELP ME GET THROUGH MY PAIN
THAT SHOWED ME YOUR PROTECTION
THAT SHOWED ME YOUR AFFECTION
AND THEN I KNEW THAT
I WANTED ALL OF YOU
YOU AND ME TOGETHER
EVERYDAY FOR THE REST OF MY LYFE IN MY NOTEBOOK
