fingers burnt
lessons learnt
but say goodbye to happily ever after
bow down to the flaming master
the wisest are slain
and the fumbling fools die in pain
all your built up knowledge is useless
left hopeless, helpess and mindless
just a bag, hanging on string
punched in the guts, by diamond ring
white pillow lying on a bed
screamed into with rage until it was dead
lives shattered
all that mattered
lips muted
emotions disputed
in the end all will be fine
but for now the only cure shall be time
