The Only One Poem by King Happy

The Only One

She's not the one
ripping petals from a rose
like insect legs that
cry love
or love not

She's not the one
to pull the stars in
close
and plant them
deep inside a heart

She's not the one
who's left spilling
red river salt
to sow a final
resting place

She's not the one
who listens to the
rain as it sighs with
remorse and whispers
'She's not the one'
