The Other Half Poem by Bridget Gabrielle

The Other Half

Can you believe there was a time, I had second thoughts about meeting you?
Would you be shocked if I told you perhaps meeting you may have been a mistake, or I may have regrets later?
I can tell you in a heartbeat, that it was no mistake at all.
I strongly believe that God was behind this.
We were meant to meet. It wasn't an accendent, coincidence, or luck. It was predetermined, calculated, destiny.
I've never loved anyone so much.
I love your smile, your laugh, your kiss, and even how you take time to sing me to sleep. I love each and everything about you.
I don't have any regrets or second thoughts.
You will always be mine.
All I can say is you and I babe, we're not a mistake.
