The Poem Summer Rain Poem by KAVIN CHARALAN

Suddenly there was rain in summer heat
changed the atmosphere to frigider cool!
I jumped and looked through my window
and smelt the strange earthy scent
watched the dance of afternoon summer rain!
There was occasional lightning accompanied by thunder
as weathermen used to say in their weather report!
This summer rain I think to our surprise and weathermen's surprise
had suddenly appeared without anybody's guess or guide !

However the sky opened thedark cloud pages of poetry
and recited loudly the poem summer rain
Brought great coolrelief to humans on the earth
languishing in sweltering summer heat !
