The Promise Poem by Chealsey Marou

The Promise

Rating: 5.0

My life is like a blizzard
That freezes my heart like cold hard
Anyone tries to face me, avoids my coldness
Like a tree in the snow that freezes

In a forest of pitch black loneliness
I found you sitting with full of sadness
My heart stops for a second
Tries to escape from your irresistible presence

I tried to find a way to cure your loneliness
The only way I could think off is to sacrifice myself
And so I cured your pain and in exchange for it
I experienced love that I'd never felt

The memories of you will never fade
Hold tightly the diary that you left
Wait for me my beloved
I'll come to you and we will never be separated
