The River Poem by Bryan Seyffert

The River

Flowing steady along the shore
Carving away to my inner core
Dissipating the sands of sin
Working your way to whats within
Rapids slow my self progression
Drowning under self oppression
Reaching out I catch a bough
A gentle voice say's 'Come child you've had enough.'
