The Road Poem by Craig Saunders

The Road

My life, lies at my feet
All has changed in front of me
I cannot go back
Though I desperately try

All I know, has Shattered
Flew away, to a distant time
My body, lies broken
I try to pick up the pieces, i cant
Though I desperately try

I try to make things fit,
Like a square block into a circular hole,
I cannot
Though I desperately try

My road has changed,
It has grown darker
The load I bare has has become heavier,
But I must continue down My Road,
And when i feel i cannot,
I must desperately try.
