The Silent Scream Poem by Jasmine Kaur Kathuria

The silent scream of a broken heart,
is only heard by one person at start,
then comes the invisible tears,
due to the suffering dealt through the years.

Your loved ones are able to hear your silent scream,
and see your invisible tears,
they give you courage to stand up to your fears.

They say forgive and forget,
but they don't know what your heart has dealt,
my advice is neither forgive nor forget,
just tell your haters to go f*ck themselves.
