Believe Salvation’s true report –Jn.1-31
For better or for worse
Consider too the solemn thought
Behind creation’s curse –Gen.3: 14-24

Our every deed is seen on high
No thought from God can flee
Through sin, man’s flesh alone will die
Yet souls no end will see

Blessed is the child these latter days
Salvation’s now in sight
Christ’s blood gives life, to sing God praise –Lk.19: 40
And strength to win the fight

God’s word can change our flesh and bone
Can sever like a sword
Can raise the dead, give hearts to stone –Mt.3: 9
When Christ becomes out Lord

When Christ God’s Lamb, is Lord and King
His Flame will make us whole
Like Mary then we too can sing –Lk.1: 47-56
“God’s Seed has blessed my soul”

Through Jesus’ love The Lord will send
His Holy Ghost and Flame
Our second birth will see no end
When cleansed of all past shame

For this we need God’s guiding Light
Resist the devil’s charms
Escape his treadmill of the night
To Jesus’ outstretched arms

Receive His strength to run the race
To fight and triumph sin
The Lord’s reserved a tranquil place
