The Sun
In the midst of your miserable or joyful day,
Love and cherish everything around you and pray.
Give a thought for the Sun wherever you are,
Your existence depends on this magnificent star.
Don't take for granted this ball of fire,
It is a gift of creation you should admire.
Life cannot exist without these golden rays of light,
It is omnipresent even in the middle of a polar night.
Like a guardian angel always on duty,
Nothing can shroud its eternal beauty.
Sooner or later sunshine will break through the dancing clouds with majestic ease,
It will engulf you with its warmth so you don't freeze.
During winter days its presence is a blessing,
But not being able to pay the heating bill is so distressing.
Even if darkness and cold is around you loosing faith is a crime,
It is our salvation till the end of time.
For all humanity the Sun is a captivating story,
It brings new life, hope and freshness in clear and radiant glory.
It spreads burning love on the delighted earth.
Everyday it is nature ultimate rebirth.
Life on this planet is so much fun,
So be like a flower and always look towards the Sun.
