The sun rises and sets
We learn, though
Rising and setting
All false, we know.
Are we not
In the false world?
Where is the truth
In our life?
We struggle for
Wealth and power,
We know, though,
They have no value
Here or there.
We measure the space,
We light the lamp,
We love the feathers,
And we appear
What we are not.
We want the shadow
Not ours,
We sing so many songs
For us,
But we know not
What we say we know.
