The Wall (Palestine) Poem by Rununah S...

The Wall (Palestine)

It has been so long
Since Palestine was a free country.
It has now been sixty-four years
With NO FREEDOM or PEACE!
Kids are being shot at out of no where.
They are getting beatin' every day.
Parents don't know whether they'll
Live another day to see the stars.
Life is too short to find out.
Tanks are everywhere, bullets are flying.
Bombs are being thrown at to homes.
His legs are cut off,
She has a hole in her chest.
His head is chopped off.
Dust all in the air, no one can see a thing.
All you hear is 'Help, my kid died! '
'Help, my mom just got shot! ! '
Females are being raped by the soldiers.
There's a wall, a wall where no one can
See what is on the other side.
That wall keeps people from coming through.
That wall ruins my beautiful country.
Once that is knocked down, FREEDOM WILL BE CALLED!
Kids will run around freely.
Parents won't worry about losing their families.
You never know when it's your last day to live.
That's why we give prayers.
God is with these people.
Pray for Palestine, because
Palestine prays for you.
Think about it,
Imagine it your kids and parents.
How would you feel?
This war needs to stop.
Too many innocent people dying,
Too many are being locked up for no reason.
So many are on hunger strike!
Some can't even enter their own country!
All we can do is pray and wait for a miracle.
Palestine...Will...Be...Free!
