Thirst - Poem by Diptesh Augustine Sarkar

All I remember now
is that I wanted Light
more Light
to the point of insanity
so much as I forgot
what Light should actually be
Until Light and Darkness
dissolved their differences
and became blood-
if drunk you're cursed
if not you die of thirst....
