Hi Nichole! Sorry I am so skeptical. I have just caught too many of my own students plagiarizing. I want to give credit where credit is due. I created an account on this site and sent Miss Broadbent a message. I am hoping to hear back soon. If I was wrong, I apologize. Regardless, I want to share this with my students next week; I just want to verify the source first.
I truly hope that you speak up and state the fact that you posted to this site well after the young girl in question posted to hers. please be mature enough to let it be know that you she posted hers hours before you did.
I just wanted to let you know a girl on facebook is taking major credit for this poem to wrote and claiming it as hers. It's a beautiful poem and you should have the 10,000 likes. Not her.

Too bad. This poem has already been plagiarized by Jordan Johnson of Pueblo, CO on Facebook. Nice work Brenda!
I wrote this and posted it to Facebook and sent it to some pages to put up but honestly I write poems for fun not for anything else. If somebody wants to take my work they could have fun because honestly I'm not worried about credit because it doesn't mean anything to me. Thanks everyone though.
