Around my neck is a memory,
Of many things,
To do with family,
And a holiday.

This used to be my nans,
But my grandad gave it to me,
To keep and to treasure it,
Forever a memory.

My nan is amazing,
My nan is lovely,
My nan is having trouble,
With her Alzheimer’s.

This necklace is from Malta,
A special one too,
A really nice and sunny place,
This necklace looks new.
