Those moments when
I thought God had abandoned me
when things fell apart
life interrupted
and I finally grasp the enormity of it all
the convictions of my faith
I am an intense woman
on a spiritual journey
full of grace
a song of Redemption
reclaiming my soul
finding faith
trusting truth
learning from the pain
I listen to the silence
step outside of who I am
I will not be broken
I will not lose myself in frustrations
I’m not defined by my pain
and I Reach for sanity
searching for the better part of me
