Thought It Was Easy
I was ready to let go of you
Although still loving you
I let go of your hand
And said a goodbye too
I walked a few steps away
With a heavy heart
How could this be?
Never knew it'd be this hard
So I quickly turned around
'Cause I changed my mind
I ran back to you
And hugged you from behind
And I whispered in your ear
Please forgive me
Thought it was easy to let go
Now I'm begging you to stay by me
