Three In A Bed Poem by Josephine Dunn

Three In A Bed

One night there were two
Just John and You
Oh! And me,
In the middle
Having a giggle.

There were three in the bed
And the little one said?
Roll over, roll over,
It’s my turn now.
Oh! Mr Porteur
What shall we do?
And how
Shall we do it
First me
And then you?
Or you
And then me?
Let me see,
Said I,
And we started
To try.
Let him
Begin
At one end
And you
At the other
And we all did
Something
I could never
Tell my Mother!
Because there were two
Just John and You
Oh! And Me
In the middle
Having a giggle.
