Til The End Poem by Ardimus Caldwell

Til The End

You could be liar
strap you to this bed
gasoline for sheets
heartbreak to ignite flames that match the one in your chest
buring up anything that had love hanging from its ribs
like the bitter never sweet forbidden fruit
i hung there lonely waiting for you
you caused this to happen
with your breathe taking smile
skipping heart beat laugh
you gorgeous earthquake
you never looked more beautiful under moonlight
with stars melted to your back
even when you left i still remembered you more
turning my my world upside down
rainbows made tropical frowns
burnt in forgiveness and attitude
sunlight reveeled your personality
ugly
strong minded bonded you to this bed we call our home
trapped under lies you died and resrected in the image of my wife
