Time Poem by Tina Marie's Poetry

Time

Time....
a mystic common word
That often here on Earth is heard
Was there before you ever knew
how Planet Earth surrounded you

Time....
Pronounced among us all...
Just never stops nor ever stalls
Its constant grip
is firm yet true
and shares its countless space with you
Its constant seconds once begun
reclaims our lifetime one by one

Time.....
Amusing, shy but sad
The faintest gift we've ever had
Through thick and thin
below the sky
A forceful truth...
we can't defy
This Time of Ours
we all possess
Through happiness and in distress
Lies fixed upon our inner being
Will with resolve
tomorrow bring and stay with us throughout the day
as we employ that Time away

Time.....
A mystic
Common word
That often here on Earth is heard
is instilled upon our every shift
A selfless
Worldly
Mortal Gift
