I gave you my heart,
You featured in my play of forever
A lead actor you were.
The genre of the play was love,
But somehow my heart he broke.

In this play you were my world,
My love, he, that completed me.
Completing my love puzzle,
The bridge and chorus in this melody of love...
But somehow my heart he shattered.

For the longest time you anchored me,
The epicentre of my heart-
And in the shortest time
Things came to a screeching halt...
My heart bled, our love ended
Because somehow my heart and love you killed.
