To Truly Be Myself Poem by Natalie Clyne

To Truly Be Myself

Rating: 5.0

To be out there
Is to be free
To be myself
Truly be myself

The stars at night
A million miles away
The sun at dawn
Bringing life to the earth

Feeling the wind on my face
Smelling the pure air
Walking on the history of the earth
Feeling its heartbeat within each step

No longer caged in a fake world
Where society has no room for outsiders
No longer held within four walls
Unable to speak nor breath

To be out there
Is to be free
To be myself
Truly be myself
To truly be myself.
