Together Forever(written11-4-03)

Together forever is what you and I can be
two friends coming together making their dreams become reality
let us learn from the mistakes
we have both made in the past
avoiding the negative forces
so that this time-what is started will forever last

Sometimes when you are young-
you make unwise decisions-
you mostly think about enjoying life-
just having fun
causing all kinds of emotional collisions

Instead of considering the feelings of another
we often choose to ignore and 'it's all good' is what we sometimes say
but everything is not okay, especially when someone has your heart
and rather than coming towards you-they turn-and go the other way

They walk and run with your heart dangling carelessly in their hands
with no clue in mind-about how you may feel
often, they purposely refuse and fail to understand
that not only from a woman,
but tears also fall from the eyes of a man

I realize,
that not every man will talk about this situation,
but I am not your average guy!
I am divinely inspired and I faithfully represent 'THAT UNIQUE CREATION'

to be with me and to keep me
a woman must first-possess the FEAR and KNOWLEDGE OF GOD,
and if she lack these (main) ingredients
things will become difficult and being with me may seem quite odd

Please, do not confuse my confidence with conceit and arrogance
because it is special when a man finds a woman with certain qualities and similarities-
she brings about a joy in him that encourages him to say things such as,
'I LOVE YOU; YOU ARE MY ALL, and also, 'WILL YOU MARRY ME'

Not everyone can play the role of a young-devoted lover,
but unto the few(women) who hold that special power-
here, I stand, as a young-devoted bother

I'll treat you with respect-
all the appropriateness you deserve-
I'll remain faithful 'til the end
and in my heart, our love will be preserved

Together forever-
is what you and I can be
as two friends, we can come together
and make 'A DREAM BECOME REALITY'.
