Transformation. Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Transformation.

A well runs deep, unknown before,
A Power wakes, and asks for more.
Not strength of self, but something vast,
A helping hand that's built to last.

The world looks new, a softer light,
Patience blooms where there was fight.
Kindness grows, a gentle sway,
Changed from within, just yesterday?

A simple phrase, a truth rings clear,
The fog is gone, the answer's here.
A sudden click, a different view,
Old patterns break, the heart feels new.

Sun on the skin, a mountain's grace,
A feeling deep, in time and space.
Connected now, to all that lives,
A quiet joy, the spirit gives.

To lift another, give a hand,
No need for praise, across the land.
Contentment found, a quiet art,
A happy soul, a mended heart.

The storm may rage, the winds may blow,
But peace resides, where worries go.
A steady calm, a tranquil place,
Inner strength, with gentle grace.
