Tremble Poem by Stuart Logan

Tremble

Rating: 4.5

Bats fly over the ember horizon,
Blind yet seeing.
But fear still lives amongst them.
Shadows of souls floating upon invisible rails.
Smooth and silent motions.
I look up and know that night will come soon.
And the bravest man will tremble beneath me.
