Trip Down Memory Lane Poem by May Mustang

Trip Down Memory Lane

Have you ever heard a haunting refrain,
Which takes you back to a moment again?
Memories flow and scenes are set,
Once more, you relive when we first met.
How prefect those days seemed then
Those days of laughter and the instant when
Life hit you with a painful jolt
Wanting to relive the last happy moment
Not wanting it to halt,
Playing along with the end, a haunting refrain,
Let it now take you down memory lane.
