What may seem like chilling surface,
Sways your thoughts and charms your mind,
It serves a deeply warming purpose,
Of unveiling brilliance to the blind.

Under warmth of trust's protection,
Not accepting hope's demise,
Steering faith in it's direction,
Above shallow surface rise.

Be it love for stars, or snow,
An inner force does senses guide,
Unbound should expressions flow,
New ways will old thoughts abide.

Forever will art’s reach grow,
Boundless is true talent’s tide,
Depths unseen will kind heart know,
When all soul's gifts refuse to hide.
